I've just re-discovered fashion literature lately. A couple of days ago I just finished Olivia Bennett's Young Adult novel, "Who What Wear" about a 14 year-old fashion designer (Emma Rose/Allegra Biscotti) and now I'm reading "Costume And Fashion A Concise History" by James Laver. Both of these books are very inspiring and fun to read. I highly recommend them. In addition to fashion lit I've also discovered a few new fashion television programs, "Jane By Design" on the Family Channel (Channel 55), "Glam Fairy" and of course "Project Runway". The reason I'm so crazy about all of these resources lately is that fashion continues to be an important force in my life and they provide me with enough inspiration to help me keep my look and wardrobe fresh and cutting edge.
